So I text “Lee” to 51515 for The Apprentice game. Even though the fine print says that Trump’s final choice might be different than whatever the voting outcome is. In the fine print I didn’t see anything that says that Yahoo! employees aren’t eligible for the 30k prize.

Anyway, I’m paying a flat 5 bucks a month for 200 SMS’s so I figure I should send as many as I can. Till I get the reply back from the contest –

“Thx 4 voting 4 The Apprentice ($.99 per vote)! …”

What? Where was that in the fine print? I mean, I read the fine print far enough to see Trump wasn’t gonna be swayed by the vote…and that standard text messaging charges apply? Then charging me a buck to vote? Outrageous.

But that wasn’t the end of their message. The rest of the message was the cherry on top of my fruit sundae, in Apprentice speak –

“Trump is selling the most expensive home on the market this year, $125 Mil.”

Well, now that I’m done complaining about $.99 for text messaging, let’s go make an offer on Trump’s house…yeah.
