Apparently, support for the new Dukes of Hazzard movie is low. In an amazing way. 705 Yahoo! ratings at 11am the day it opens?? Could it really be worse than Madagascar? Though there was a song in Madagascar that I liked, Catherine tells me I’d really like the Jessica music video for her Dukes song (okay – so I had to look up the link, so I might as well watch it – and well, it’s worth booting up IE for…and near the end there, I wanted a Carl’s Jr. burger for some reason.)
The big c might have to step up and take one for the team here…and considering Ben’s?name suggestions – I might have some company.

on the bright side, the y! user rating for dukes is up to a c+ (from a c earlier in the day). i have to commend entertainment weekly and the new york post for their b+ and b grades, respectively. from this day forward, those will be my two most trusted sources for movie ratings. why? because the duke boys don’t deserve an f or d or even c. well maybe a c or d. but not daisy.
