I had 2 eggs for breakfast and large bowl of cereal and a banana.
For lunch, a spinach salad, fish and chips, and cheesecake.
Pre-kettlebell class I had a protein bar.
For dinner, 3.5 porkchops, a salad, 2 apples and 2 more bananas.
I’d guess I’ve had around 10 pint glasses of water. At least.
I’m gonna guess that I’ve lost a pound of weight today too.
Body fat weight bet is a complicated bet.
