Mainly because he answered my question with a directions on how to do it – instead of saying “that feature is on our roadmap”. But I still like that he’s involved.
Maybe all their customer support folk have CEO in their signature though. That might be a good move to bolster some good PR.
The question I had – how to define the rules that mix up the various channels within the My Frame Channel. Goto My Account and “edit rules” link is on the right hand side.
The purpose is, that the nanny would like to have photos of her family mixed in with Sal’s (can you believe that?) And so her photos would be uploaded the “my photos” in Frame Channel and they’d be mixed in with the RSS feed.
Voila.
