Seems so hard to do. Never see it on TV. But faced with the button online, I still don’t want to do it. Even though I am flat out guilty. Seems like there should be some way I can go and talk and beg for the courts forgiveness and get out of paying a fine.
Except I did let my dog go unlicensed for over a year without doing anything.
Hopefully I’ll remember this lesson come October 2011 when his license expires again.
