Seems like they thinking wrapping things in bacon is the way to go.\u00a0 It’s practically an axiom.<\/p>\n

Bacon wrapped scallops – great.<\/p>\n

Tomato soup – okay. Needs bacon.<\/p>\n

Couldn’t talk anyone into the crab salad sliders, which were the sliders of the day.<\/p>\n

I had a steak salad appetizer.\u00a0 Waitress warned me, that since I was having the bacon wrapped meatloaf that the steak salad wasn’t much salad.\u00a0 I looked up at her.\u00a0 She saw in my eyes that that was exactly the plan.<\/p>\n

Steak salad – fantastic.\u00a0 One of the best salad’s I’ve had.\u00a0 No sweetbreads in sight!<\/p>\n

Bacon wrapped meatloaf…eh.\u00a0 I didn’t like the meatloaf too much for some reason.\u00a0 And I’m typically into meatloaf. Sal ate the green beans which was good.\u00a0 Well, it was good he was eating the green beans and the green beans themselves were good.\u00a0 He avoided the meatloaf.\u00a0 He’s more of a tomato soup kind of guy.<\/p>\n

Was saving myself for the Guinness milkshake.\u00a0 Had a strange bitter taste to it.\u00a0 2nd half was smoother and better.\u00a0 Not sure what was going on the first half.\u00a0 But the cinnamon donuts were pretty good.\u00a0 And small enough where me eating 5 wasn’t a big deal.<\/p>\n

Will I go back?\u00a0 Not sure. Didn’t mind it, and if we’re nearby, sure.\u00a0 But I don’t know if I’ll go out of my way to get back there again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
