I started a post just now.  And as I was writing it, I was considering all aspects of the audience and figured that it’d be better off if I just wrote about the finished product instead of the process of getting there.  People don’t wanna know how sausage is made – especially if they’re part of the ingredients.

There was a book I read – where the author was a columnist and he’d just rant about various people in his life.  And he rolled with a crowd that was excited to be torn apart in his columns – they though it was funny and wore the insults like a badge of honor.  I think that kind of frustrated the author a bit, as he was hoping people would change thier horrible habits if he called them out on it, instead of taking them as strange compliments.

Still – it seems a lot easier if one can write that way.
