I’m faced with $10.25 fees per ticket at Ticketmaster.
I want to walk away from it.
But I’m haunted by past experiences.
More recently, Sal and I waited at the Oakland Arena for 1 hour for Monster Truck Jam, cause apparently everyone else had the same idea of avoiding ticketmaster fees and buying tickets at the stadium.
More longer time ago, I argued with the lady at will call for the San Jose Sabercats about how she should check her records and find my tickets. I wasn’t convincing enough. So she asked me to go back to my office and print out my receipt (which I offered to do). Walking back to my office with Catherine, I remembered that the plan was to goto the HP Pavilion one day during lunch and buying tickets for the game…and I remembered that I never really did that.
We walked back to the stadium and got in a different line to buy tickets.
So, I probably should just pay the $30.75 and be done with it. Except that it just feels so wrong. But two wrongs might not get Sal into seeing Star Wars in Concert.
